Is Manual Osteopathy safe?

With any type of manual therapy there is some inherant risk but no more than other forms of manual therapies. Osteopathy is relatively gentle and non-aggressive form of treatment that does not involve forcing and being aggressive with the patient. We pride ourselves in our thought process and rationale to guide our treatment to create the most amount of positive change, with the least amount of stress through the patient's body.

    More Gain - Less Pain.

What can Osteopathy help with?

Manual Osteopathic treatment aims to restore proper communication with the arteries, veins, nerve and lymphatic systems by improving motion.

Osteopathy can help with problems you may have relating to these systems, such as:

  • Chronic and Acute Muscle & Joint Pain
  • Joint Mobility
  • Headaches
  • TMJ(jaw) & Neck Issues
  • Digestive Concerns
  • Improved Circulation
  • ...and more!

By improving the communication, we let the body self-heal and regulate and improve the natural functions of the body.

With osteopathy, motion is used to make an anatomical connection to the physiology (what you're experiencing). By restoring proper anatomical motion and alignment, we allow the blood, nerve and lymphatic systems surrounding the area to function more optimally.
